  • Standard Shipping 

  • Domestic (U.S.) 

  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days via USPS. 

  • International Shipping: (Canada & Bahamas) 

  • Available for select countries; additional duties/taxes apply.  

  • Delivery time: 3–14 business days (varies by destination). 

3. Free Shipping 

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $60 (U.S. main 48 states only). 

4. Tracking & Delays 

  • Tracking numbers are emailed once shipped.  

  • Delays: Holidays, weather, or carrier issues may extend delivery times. 

5. International Orders (Canada & Bahamas) 

  • Customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, and import duties 

  • Contact customer service for quotes outside the U.S. 

6. Lost/Damaged Packages 

  • Report issues within 7 days of delivery for replacements/refunds. Include photos if damaged. 

7. Changes & Cancellations 

  • Contact us within 24 hours to modify/cancel orders (before shipment).
